Privacy policy

	EYEDEA endeavors to protect the private life of its users and respects and adheres to all current French law. We will deal with User Personal Data (“Personal Information”, or “Data”) in compliance with the current French data protection legislation (no. n°78-17, dated January 6th, 1978 regarding “Information Technology and Liberty”).

I. Personal Information

EYEDEA may also compile data in aggregate form so that we may better understand the users that are visiting our site. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information that identifies a user.

	By using this Site, you understand and agree that the information collected from this Site may be retained indefinitely, and may be stored, accessed and used in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may be different and less protective than those of your home jurisdiction.


V. Transmission of Personal Data

	To a Third Party EYEDEA reserves the right to transmit the personal information gathered on its site to its employees, agents, necessary service providers, subsidiaries, partners and its parent company. Information about our clients, including personal information, may also be disclosed as part of any merger, sale of the company assets or acquisition, as well as in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company. EYEDEA does not rent or sell e-mail lists. Links Websites we link to, including but not limited to the sites of subsidiaries and third-party content partners, may have different privacy policies and practices from those disclosed here. EYEDEA is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and we encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site. We recommend that our users read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Legal Disclaimer We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with a legal process served on our Web site, to respond to claims or protect the rights, property or safety of our company, employees, customers or the public.

Most browsers allow you to decline cookies, but if you elect to do so, these pages may not display properly. You are free to delete cookies after your session, and your browser should contain instructions on how to do this. EYEDEA also reserves the right to use new technologies known or unknown at the present time. Should we elect to do so, we will inform users of the site.

	We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13 you should not use or enter information on this Site.
